Driver Service Naples Terms and conditions


  • Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 2 days from the pick-up, the amount of the deposit paid previously at the time of booking, will be refund to 100%.

No charge will be made at all for any cancellation within 48 hours from the beginning of service.

No charge will be made in case of "unforeseeable event”, such as: travel restrictions imposed by governments, epidemic disease, strike, extreme weather, earthquake and natural disaster.

No charge will be made in case a ship is unable to dock for whatever reasons.


  • Responsibility

Driver Service Naples does not accept responsibility for any accident regarding theft or damages during the course of our tours.


  • Transportation service

Transportation is provided by licensed insured professional drivers, who are qualified to perform public transportation services.


  • Tour Guide Service

All our guides are officially licensed by Italian authorities to perform a private guiding service in museums, historic centers, archeological parks, and UNESCO’s site.


  • Billing information

Rates do NOT included: client’s meals, food and beverages, gratuities, entrance fees to museums and monuments, anything not expressly mentioned as included.


  • Terms of payment

We accept pre-payment by PAYPAL SECURE SYSTEM.

The pre-payment consists of a deposit on the total price to book for the service.

Final balance will be paid by credit card or in cash during the service.

Once we receive the payment, we will e-mail you valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up.


  • Currency

Our services are sold in Euro currency.
